Michael Irving was a great player in the NFL; and Coach Prime obviously knows that. It takes greatness to recognize greatness. Coach Prime's ability to speak to the soul...the psyche of his team is phenomenal. Coach's use of psychology in order to motivate his men will be the difference between victory and defeat this season. A winning mindset and attitude is slowly reaching a crescendo within the hearts and minds of the CU football players. That buildup or process is a beautiful thing to observe. It's similar to watching a huge boulder (no pun intended) gathering speed as it rolls down the side of a steep mountain. That's the 2023 CU football team in a nutshell.
