True Voodoo backfired, but overall I think it helped the team because it made them rally around Saracen and eventually solidify him as QB1. Before then he was just a backup QB who was thrust into the starting lineup only out of necessity. No one was yet convinced whether he was good enough to help them go all the way.

Not sure if you know this but in order to win you have to score more points than the other team, that's kinda the object of the game. That's exactly what makes a good team and a winner vs a bad team who loses. A good coach knows how to fit a system around his players not put in his system whereever he goes even if they lose just so they can stroke their own ego
