I played 4 years of college football then coached on an extremely successful HS program for 13 years, so I will not be critical of ANY players or coaches. As I watched this, I couldn’t help but think that maybe these are a bunch of really great kids from a soft, affluent school district. With a few exceptions, I don’t see ANY toughness, aggression or pride in how they play. I acknowledge to obvious pressure of knowing you’re being filmed to be viewed by the entire world on KZbin. It seemed like their opponent was pissed off & had a point to prove that they weren’t given the same exposure and had a point to prove! Tough situation for any HS program as they’ll obviously be circled on every team’s schedule and have a HUGE target on their back every week.
