How to Make More MONEY on eBay with Coded Coupons!

In this video I'll teach you how to make more money on eBay buy using the the coded coupons tool!
When you create coupons as an eBay seller, you can offer your customers custom discount codes that they can apply at checkout. This will encourage hesitant buyers to purchase your items! You can also use coupons to encourage loyal customers to make repeat purchases!
The coded coupon feature is available to all eBay Store subscribers. To create a coupon code, go to your Seller Hub Marketing tab. When you create a coupon in Seller Hub, you’ll be guided step by step to set up your coupon campaign.
When you create a coupon you have complete control over all of the terms and conditions of your coupon promotion. Once you launch a coupon, you'll have the option of providing your customers with instant savings with digital or paper coupon codes!
Coded coupons are free to use for ebay sellers. There's no charge to you or the buyer when they are used at checkout. Start making more eBay sales today buy using Coded Coupons!

Great video--thank you so much. I have emailed coupons to individual buyers by going to the Manage paid and shipped orders page and clicking on the send coupon tab on the far right. My problem is now I cannot remember who I have sent coupons to. It would also be nice to see the message I wrote with the coupon but cannot find it. Is there a place where I can go to see this information; i.e., a history of whom I've sent coupons to and the message I sent with the coupon? (sorry for the long question)

Great question. Coupons and sales are very similar. Both of these promotions are designed to be marketing tools to draw more traffic and sales to your store. You can reduce prices for selected items or categories using both tools I like to use both coupons and sales in the exact manner that they are used in brick and mortar stores. The biggest advantage of a coupon is that with the code, you can target to customers directly by sending them the promo (either digitally or paper). With coupons, you can control your spend on promotions and protect selling your margins with options like minimum spend, expiration date, budget, etc (you can't currently do with with sales). When I use coupons, I like to print them out and add the codes to my orders with my thank you notes. I've found that it really helps build customer loyalty and encourages repeat buyers (especially on niche categories in my store that have a loyal following). I hope this info help. There's no wrong or right per se when running a promotion. Play around with both and see if you make more sales!

I am making a 10% off coupon on a buyer's next (up to 5) purchases and I want to make it private and send it to everyone who has purchased from me in the last 90 days. Do I hit the email button to do that or does that only apply to regular email like aol, gmail, etc, and not to eBay messaging. I want to go to each sold listing and hit 'contact buyer' and send them a coupon. I know I can print coupons and send them in with the shipped items but that does not help with contacting those people who have already purchased and eBay does not give out the email addresses of those who purchase from you.
