Hi, youve been a great help to me as a reseller, csn you tell me if i have a coupon to all in my ebay shop and send a better discount coupon to previous buyers will they be able to use both at the same time or does ebay limit it to only one coupon at a time? cheers

Hello. Glad to have helped in some way! I run a coupon for 1 week but will be switching to a new one daily. I also send a slightly better offer to watchers than the coupon. They can’t use the coupon on best offer only full priced items 😊

You can attach a coupon just under where you make the offer on desktop

Yes go onto to promotions tab and at the bottom it will show all your live promotions. You can then edit or end it there

Does it take any money from seller's earnings? For example , I gave a chance to buyers to use coupons 10% over 85 dollars,however, ebay dididnt get any from my balance

This is a coupon for your customer to use which will come directly of your listed price. EBay then take the fees from the sale price after the coupon has been used. So for instance £100 with a 10% coupon means the customer pays £90 and eBay takes the fees from £90. It’s a good way to get a customer to purchase as it offers a better deal. Hope that makes sense 😊

Coupons can only be used on full price listings now on offers sent or received. They can how ever be used on mark down sales.

Okay so apparently my clothes bundle was added into an ebay wide coupon thing where you can use 'chic10' to get 10% off 'pre-loved fits'. If someone uses this code, will ebay reimburse me the 10% they gave them off?
