Hello coach crix, i started playing cricket 2 months ago, i am a total newbie, started with tape ball, played leather ball once and almost fractured my hand while catching (i guess my technique is not right). How long does it takes for body to adapt to cricket ball and how can one eliminate the fear of cricket ball from their mind? Btw i love your videos, i watch them to improve my game. ❤

Just to confirm, you should cross your 'pinky' fingers when catching with the cup method? In your (earlier) four part fielding series, you were not doing that. You had the pinky fingers beside each other.
