I don't agree with charging higher. I believe coaching should be priced for it to be accessible for everyone.

Not enough people are truly invested or follow through with less expensive options which leads to poorer results as a coach. If your coaching is for everyone, it's essentially for no one. I coach those with herpes and have given away coaching for less than a dollar a day and have had people miss calls/not make it through course material whereas my $2k clients give the most and get the most out of our time together.
