usually the tank picks around the map and the dps/support pick around the tank. as dps/support just pick good heros with your tank and you'll be fine

Seems like a lot of your advice is, go in and one tap this guy. That requires some good mechanics and confidence to do. How would you suggest practicing the one clip to be more consistent at getting them?

i used p51kk and Kave5 as map codes for aim train and the 1 clip thing is honesty not easy to do but its something to try early in the fight that wont cost your team as long as you recall and get out with out dying. (confidence wise, you miss 100% of the shots you don't take, if it makes you a better player later on then you really got nothing to loose!)
