OMG this helped so much i watched the first 10 minutes and i went in and improved this means alot as ive been trying for weeks now and was going to give up getting better at games is so hard and ive seen no improvement but i really enjoy genji so just going in trying the combo and the more landing in front and using the ult style I’ve improved so much more then ive seen in months thank you! I like what you said about enjoying a challenge im a master kiri main and rarely touched dps but i just started my genji journey and I'm in gold2. Feels like im in elo hell though because genji is tough. on top of getting counterpicked EVERY GAME im so used to playing in masters and being aggressive but in gold it'll be a 5v3 and my team will refuse to put their left stick forward ill go in trying to stagger, ill die and look back at my entire team emoting on point. Unranked to top ranks on any game is fun for me even if I am on the receiving side of the enemy team since I watch a lot of replays and learn from a high ranked player. Edit: for example I've been getting a lot of GC smurfs in my high diamond 1's game in rocket league, I don't think you probably understand the rankings but I learned to play slower and watch the opponent more, instant rank up after two replays. Sorry this was long :D

Personally, I wouldn’t consider myself one to ask, but seeing as nobody else is responding I heard a lot of people talking about the workshop code Vaxta. Solid opinion with different movement difficuties, the bots strafe and use abilities. Works for any hero of choice with absolutely zero cooldowns. With the option to mercy damage boost, nano, kiri ult, etc. Once again, the code is VAXTA, and imo its helped me improve a ton.

I think it's worth pointing out that "game sense" is shit like @ 43:30 where he's taking fights with Pharah in the worst possible place for her. Mechanics win the fight, but game sense in terms of where to take the fight helps a ton...Necros probably doesn't 1v1 even a silver Pharah player if they're in the middle of an open area where they can fly.

According to Blizzard, they know all the accounts you have and whether you are a smurf or not. It seems they have a hard time working and checking if a person is a smurf. After 2 or 3 games where they get double or triple the kills compared to their team, they should increase their MMR to almost the same rank as their main account. This way, these clowns won't be humiliating people who don't even know how to aim.
