Coaching Advice - You should not be afraid to die

I asked my father once if he was afraid to die he said no I am just afraid of the method of dying. Sadly he passed away of cancer but he did not suffer so I am thankfull for that.

Such a very good advice that everybody must read and realize that all of us are going to die We all go back to our creators hands Lets make life more happier Lets enjoy as being alive is an adventure Thank you Doc for this great words you shared

Fortunately we will not live eternally. We cannot remember ourselves before we were born, we will remember anything about our life after our death. Life and death cannot exist at the same time. That's good news 👍🥳 Be kind and help others, the moment before our trespassing we will be in peace and leave good memories.
