I listened to Jim when I was 22! I then left the UK and went out into the world living several countries, whilst I seeked opportunity. I was staying in a hostel in Australia, when I met a man who had managed to retire his wife by the age of 32 and he himself retired a year later. I stayed living in a hostel for one whole year, living in a room with 6 people making awful money just so I could be around the mentor I had found in that city. I am now 32 and ironically am able to retire my wife this year! Jim’s words have been a guiding beacon for me for years, and as I am now married with a a little family and have created some financial success, I feel his words programmed into my subconscious that has allowed me to think holistically better. He is a treasure and I strive to conduct speeches like his, even though they will never be as good
