Coaching and Parent Summit

The Wellness Connection, led by Susan McCormick, organized a coaching and parent summit to provide tools and resources for supporting student athletes in Loudoun County and beyond. The team included Dan Savage, a professional counselor and former athlete, and Laura Fricks, an expert on mental fitness and the parasympathetic nervous system.
