I believe that, because my own son used to train like that for 2 years, some days 5 hours, some days 3 hours, but on average it was 4 hours of training, he become one of the best in our country by age 10, other kids could not handle training with him, they were like done after 30-40 minutes of intensive training, while my kid could do it for 4 hours.

5.5 hours a day, 7 days a week. I would not recommend that routine to anybody.

@@nortexoid even if the kid loves it. Our job as coaches is to take care of our players and guide them putting the health of the player before anytjhing else.
