Intro to Bubble.io (Watch if Considering Using the Platform)

HELLO Love Your Content , I am new to Bubble and I am currently trying build assessment in bubble where each option has a different score based on the option user selects, the total scores are calculated and displayed. Then the options , total score and user details will be stored in the database , And I am struck at the part of getting the selected options score from each of the questions , calculating the total score and to displaying the total score in the text box after clicking the submit button . And I am using the nested Repeating groups (for questions and for options) and I am using check boxes I tried radio buttons but it didn't work and I am using single option selection not multiple options for a question. Could you please help me with that.
