a lot of times you wont get tet half unless the sova ult was late and you will die most of the time and you prob wont even get half, what I do is tap bait out 2 shots then stick the last one so you cannot die and you save the same amount of time\

Like the other guy said, let the first two fire, and if you have 40+ HP, tank the last one. You’ll have half by the time the Sova’s animation is finished, and if the Sova was confident, he will be positioned a little too far aaay to stop you.

Very low elo unwritten rule: Don't take the spike if you are going to go to weird places instead of site. It is insanely hard to recover if you die with the spike. I have lost quite a lot of rounds because of a teammate doing that. 😂

One note about the ultimate points and distributing them, while in most cases yes i think giving it to the person closest to their ultimate is best, i find some scenarios where its less effective. Its round 3 (or 5 or 7), you won rifle round, enemy team needs to eco next round, your raze is 1 off ult, sova needs 4. If you give sova the defuse, fight for the easier defender orb and maybe even give him the defuse again, now instead of just a raze ult going into your next gun vs gun round your sova is 1 off ult while raze should have ult (unless she hasnt seen a person in 2 rounds, in which case... Damn.. gamble didnt pay off)

I dont know if it counts as a rule but when the enemy team says to report someone from their team for actually trolling (I dont count when the person is just having a bad match) or toxicity I always report them as I would like the same to happen to those that I think that should be reported

Even worse having a perfect vct comp but the reyna main decided to fill an agent just to compromise the game by having no clue wtf they are doing. DONT FILL! Stick to 1-2 Agents per map get really good at those and then instalock this agent. If someone picks them away which may happen once per session just dodge. 1 dodge a day won’t give you a penalty.

2:54 True. However (sadly not really a common strat) is trading. One or all team member should back up with the vandal player (either to protect or get the gun). The idea is to WIN ur gunfights. not necessarily to win the round. if vandal player dies, the other team member has a better chance in winning the gunfight (vandal v vandal than sherrif v vandal) (or save the gun and win provide equal economy next round). Remember win the gunfight. not the round. (also dont buy sherrif if ur actually planning to eco) please think of ur next two rounds than ur 1st next round. if you lose ur first full buy (ur likely have half buy or half armor in the next round already which in other words economy shit already if you have to wait every two rounds to get credits for a full buy)

As a guy who's main role is initiators and controller, I felt the need to add that, if you're passing the OP to a player with low HP, prioritize the Jett or Chamber in your team as they are more likely to know how to maximize the gun's efficiently rather than passing it to a random player if they're simply low HP.

The #18 rule is a HUGEEE PLUSSSS. I'm a main KAY/O player and I have knifes to some other sites main specially on Ascent, that saved me and my teammates a HUGE time to search for the enemies, as that knife covers the entire main and spots everybody or at least 4 of them. Btw love the video and I hope I can leave gold with my current skils and comms skills plus with some of this video unwritten rules

2:55 it is okay for one person to save say like buy a pistol of sort if: If you're going to lurk that is and only on attack it is so that if you die on lurk the enemy that is saving don't get a good weapon. one thing I don't totally agree with is the fill picking an agent, that perfect vct team comp will do jack squat for you if someone doesn't know how to play the character they are filling, if they are comfortable with said character, its fine, but if you main duelist but have to fill controller or sentinel, you're going to be a bigger hindrance than an advantage

if you save 600 bucks every round, you rarely really need save rounds. usually save rounds end on round 2, sometimes on round 1, if you fragged. id rather never have save rounds than extra 25 health which can be deleted by one shot from basically any gun anyways.

In my opinion they should add kicking from the match like in cs2. You play with e.g. 4 normal players and there is one cheater, so you kick. It will also work on instalockers. For example, he instalocks and then does 0/5 and can't even do anything well with the character, so kick and then he gets negative points and we can try to win in 4 because he was useless and didn't do anything. He didn't even use pings to give information.

Regarding the callout unwritten rule, it annoys the living hell out of me. Im incredibly meticulous at counting the footsteps/util to guarantee a callout of "atleast 3 b/a" etc. And also listing off the agents.
