o call it a side invert..its my trade mark freeze but i push out more on one side then the other. i find if you crunch both legs to your chest its easier to get used to holding it then to go straight for open legs or one leg bent and the other straight. im trying to hop in this position. hope. open leg. close hop open leg etc. sometimes i can get 5 or 6

@@CoachSambo yea thats what im trying to do.. but its hard to get the rotation. my dream combo is something like elbow airflare to hoping side invert back to elbow airflare. cant do elbow airflare though..still trying to get used to it been a long journy for me.
