Hello my name is Marcus Garrison formerly known as JuseBoogy from Seattle massive monkes and your videos really helped me man I stop for 10 years and started again about a year and some change ago. I really wish these videos were available when I was younger. I have been watching a lot of tutorial watching some kids that I could be there dad practically. I was never taught so and this is really helpful. I am surprised I did as good as I did in breaking I relied heavily on my style no matter what I've done in breaking I always try my best to stay a student. either way take care of thank you.

from my experience, the low sweep doesnt matter, i jusr had to lower my body angle but focusing on my upperbody, because my arms would hold like a planche, not a downward dog. idk if other people struggle with this but i figure they do because my hand placement would be a planche out of fear, but when i put my throwing hand down i try to place it higher outside of the circle, its scary because i feel like im falling but that fall is the momentum needed to actually throw so its not whether the foot goes low but the entire body needs to be "falling" or leaning

The walkover points are very good for me since I got a hopping version of walkovers and thought it was an airfare but didn't know the tips to keep it from looking like a skyscraper (what you call spinning handstand) or circular hand hops, even though it felt different and looked a bit different but my form made it too subtle... LOL I actually already started working on my legs in the spinning handstand a bit before I started watching your vids... so happy I'm on track! This stuff can be frustrating! Thanks for all the tips‼️ Can already do all the exercises except haven't tried bridge to standing, can't do continuous low airflares and haven't tried those walkover to windmill combos so will work on those‼️

I'm training airflaire your method and yet I can see a glimpse of an airflaire out of the tunnel. I'll bring you up to date as I manage to do 1 clean round 💪

CK Carinae I can’t guarantee it works for everyone. But usually if you keep pushing it will start showing results
