I'm coming to the game soooooo late. I've always wanted to learn/play, but have been a bit intimidated. I've taken lessons a while back and probably did not have the best instructor (it could have just been me). I had every intention of re-focusing and taking lessons a few years ago, but then came .....COVID. Fast forward a bit. A groip of folks at work are putting together a Scramble tomorrow and I bravely tossed my hat in to say I wanted to participate. Thus I have brern binge watching videos for.the last week for the sole purpose of not offending the game as I make my debute. Hopefully, I have fun and am further motivated to give the game a real go. I live in the US so hope to find a place next spring that I can take lessons and maybe join a league for older women who are new to the game or who won't mind someone that is new to the game. Thanks for your videos.

Hi Kanvass. Thanks so much for sharing you golf journey. How did the scramble go? I hope you had a good time! Where in the US do you live? I would be happy to introduce you to a few LPGA coaches in your area for lessons. You will be amazing at the sport as you are competing against yourself. Just REMEMBER everyone is nervous and every sucks at GOLF. If you go in knowing that then you will take all the pressure off yourself :) Proud of you and welcome back to GOLF

What is stopping you from doing that? Most driving ranges have golf clubs you can borrow. Call before you go and enjoy hitting some golf balls :) Let me know how it goes.

Thanks for your informative video. One question here, What if my ball happens to be on the putting line of others?should I move away my marker while he’s putting?

We all have, don´t worry about it. There is a lot to remember but for the next time you are out there just be mindful of them and the people you play with will appreciate it.

The poor guy looked frustrated 😅 he was waiting for silence prior to making his shot. But I get it for the sake of this video…😅 The show must go on. Coach Shayain would say go ahead and then she would explain what not to do 😅 I thought it was funny. But most importantly, I alway learn from her and am so greatful for these videos ❤

Wow, I didn't know you're not allowed to stand behind another player when making a putt. How many times are you allowed to pick up your ball and are you allowed to change the ball on the green?

Wow...yeah, I admit it, my knowledge of etiquette has never truly been complete. Working to change that, but it's a bit embarrassing to discover...
