We got to about 5 minutes into the filming of that episode and I was wishing I had a notepad! Told everyone I was going to schedule time for myself to play it back a few times when I got home!

You talked about having a separate landing page that is non real estate related. Do you have a separate domain? Does the information dump into the CRM you’re already using or do you have to move them over?

Yes. The separate website is not branded to our company in any way. The domain is geographically based around homevalues in a set geography.

Is that $5 ppc with the added cost of the isa and VA? If so I’m all about that. That’s as good as an inbound call to me. I’ve spent thousand over the years on Facebook leads I never called because I absolutely hate making calls and since shifted my marketing on more motivated leads at a higher cost.

No. The $5 is just for the cost of the lead. The VA's are very economical at $6/hr. Right now they are working approx 5-10 hours a week on this project. So, $30-$60 spread out across 100+ leads a week it adds very little to the cost. The ISA fees are different. This is where it's important to understand the financials of your company and your splits. Our average sales price coupled with the splits on our company generated leads make this feasible for us.

@@lisachinatti4321 Yes I've found a lot of things are more feasible with markets at higher price points. There are plenty of things I'd love to do for my buyer and seller that agents in million-dollar markets are able to provide. With our average price point around the 245k mark and agents that offer 2.5%, the money well dries up fast unless you have a large team to feed the beast to be able to do more PPC or any PPC for that matter. Love the content and motivation you provided.
