In my experience, it's so important to have the right mindset about these things. To be the appointment setting machine, you need to believe down to your core that it's true! If you don't believe it, who will??

Hey Tom, howdy? 30:22 Love your videos on Inside sales / phone sales. My question to you is, when you say make 100 dials a day. Does that literally means just dial 100 times, no matter how many people picks up the phone? And, what should be that one basic rule or thing to have at the back of the mind when I'm on the phone trying to connect to prospects ? Looking forward to your reply. Cheers 🥂

Hey Tom! Really loving the information that you are putting out here for us. I am slated to start my real estate course in approximately one month and was wondering what your thoughts are on starting/creating a landing page to capture leads beforehand. I really want to get a jump on this but am not sure if I am jumping the gun. I am thinking about something simple like an name/email capture page with a couple of free ebooks. Your thoughts would be met with such high gratitude. Thanks in advance!

New to real estate here, and really enjoyed the video. As far as phone calls go, I am the opposite; I strongly dislike them. I personally view it as a way to communicate with close friends and family, and a way for sales people to bother me. So when I think of calling others I think of how I’m annoying them. I like what you said about learning what works best for other people, and I’m going to look into that.

Idk how these stupid kiddy channels have 12M subscribers, and legends like Tom doesn’t. Another awesome channel I love is Valuetainment (Patrick Bet David), and he barely broke 1Mln subs. Crazy sh*t.. Thank you for continuing posting such great videos brother !
