Coal in' Along, Pond Run To Kelly's Creek Part 1

Attention coal train Ops Fans, this one is for you! Join us as we make a run from Pond Run to Kelly's Creek for another load of West Virginia's black diamond. In part 1, we start off at Pond Run building our consist of empty coal cars and then head up the River Sub into Livingston Yard. From there we pass by Parkersburg and pick up some extra power off the secondary and then make the run down the mainline to a bottleneck at Rainelle Junction where we wait for Amtrak to clear up off the mainline so we get access into the flood loader at Kelly's Creek.

Time consuming maneuver backing in to Central Station. Certainly adds a bit of fun .

This is a lot of fun but its really distracting seeingall the cars from the 1950’s in the scenes. Dont they make any newer modeling cars?
