Coast Guard Cutter Cape George WPB 95306 & Buoy Tenders at Sandwich, Massachusetts - early 1970's

This video was digitized from 8mm film. The reel had no information on it. But thanks to a viewer it is said to be the Cape Cod Canel area with the Coast Guard cutters being at Sandwich, Massachusetts - the Coast Guard Cutter cape George WPB 95306 and I'm not sure what the two ATON or buoy tenders are.
