Coastal erosion and flooding in Norfolk at Christmas.

They have done an amazing job tidying up the debris at Hemsby. The guy with the tractor and trailer has been so busy the past few months helping people with their cars going down Ferry Road. Wroxham looks so saturated with the flooding. I am so glad I do not need to venture out anywhere. I hope you and Mills enjoy your long break and it was lovely to see here running about on the beaches. I imagine she is crashed out right now? Lucky she was with you or the seal may not have been noticed. Take care.

Thank you, she’s totally crashed right now, we went back there today and saw lots of dead seals on the beach which was heartbreaking. Fortunately we saw volunteers from the Seal Trust and told them where the live and dead ones were! So sad

Hi Jonny, Merry Christmas! I got back from Thailand on 18/12/23. Very sad to see all the flooding and destruction from the storms. We had a wonderful holiday, unfortunately, just when we were leaving Bangkok we heard that a family member had a heart attack so we stayed, they died and everyone else is still there trying to sort out family issues. Still loving the freedom of being retired. Will catch up on your videos in the next few days as I didn’t take my iPad with me. Weather in Sydney, 22 to 27 degrees partly cloudy with thunderstorms expected later. All the best from Sydney Australia 🇦🇺
