So any sub can be rebuilt. I have a 12in. Txx blue eye candy sub. I lik the brand and the speaker was passed down to me from my brother that has passed away since. The dust cover sperated from the coil. Coil is still good and works. I had it in a sealed box and hit some low hz. Ppl say throw it out and buy a new one but I can't find myself doing that. It don't need to be the blue aluminum look. I just want to hear it play to bring back some memories. Thanks for the time and info if any. Keep the videos coming love you hem and there vary helpful.

I would have test out the ohm with a multimeter before dropping those subs inside the box. And also taped the surrounding part where the voice coil gets in. Just to be safe you don't want anything inside there. Last thing I would have used a peace of tape and rubbed it inside that space where the coil goes in just to get any little dust that got inside. And used some more clamps and activator with CA glue

Good looks, thanks for the video 😎 I'm gonna have to do this soon, i have blown the + off of each side of my sub 3 times now 🤐 and the wire this last time was about 10mm long xD i managed to get some wire soldered on there but i dont think thats gonna work next time rofl not to mention that the cheap wire i used is probably making it pop more frequently as well 🤣🤣
