Cobalt X v0.99 Trailer

This is a fantastic mod pack for PM, only complaint I can think of is that Kazuya is still pretty buggy and still has the ugly Smash 4 outlines on his attacks, which kinda sticks out like a sore thumb when every other modded character is so polished and consistent with PM/Brawl visuals. But that's a very minor nitpick, excellent work!

there are plenty of characters that i, the lead dev want removed for the quality factor. The others wish to keep them so im humoring that request for a little longer. We agree wholeheartedly. The trails are taken away from him currently in the dev builds, but most of his bugs were already fixed. if you know any offhand ill look into them

An awesome one and definitely something that even I'm happy to have found. It was a primary hope of Roy not losing his primary style, as it is on Project Plus. When seeing the recent one of his, it's just a hope or preference that it's considered, as the original just simply knows or knew how to bring out Roy's best. But again, an amazing trailer guys. Truly.

I've tried to download the mod (google drive) multiple times, but after it gets to like 3.9GB, it gives me the network issue/no permission error. I've tried on both edge and chrome, any ideas?
