Enjoying this build as a solo, not been raided yet but hoping to get an online lol. One thing I did find if you angle the 1st walls off the gate house slightly too much it won’t let you build the shooting floor. I had to boom a wall out to finish it 😅

I found the easier way to build the base was to do the shooting floor and peaks before the compound, once the floors done the walls are much easier to place

I built this solo on console in three days and only have a compound left and turrets and I love this design so far my most favourite design I will definitely use this on every server when I'm solo or duo and I will remember to build this off memory soon ❤

At 13:48 when you're constructing the roof above the hidden 2nd bunker, I found out that if those roof tiles don't attach the right socket the left tile gets destroyed when opening the bunkers revealing the secret loot rom from the top. Just thought I should mention it :) I went back to your video and saw that there needs to be a straight line from the walls in your roof tiles, then it doesn't get destroyed when bunkers opened. If that made any sense =D

Cant add the square wide gaps after putting the half walls on the honeycomb around 19:10, it says not enough space. Any idea what ive done wrong? Im on a build server and im pretty sure I followed the video perfectly.

If your building this for the first time, put the peaks down before the compound. I made the high external walls too close to the base so I was able to build. Still slapped it together quite qell in the end though.

Also I feel like the starter/core could be stronger by making the starter base the same except an extra triangle foundation for the tc. This would make it so that you can store more loot inside of the core.

Square may make it tricky to jump up from where the mixing table is. Feel free to move the TC, the idea of the base is that it can be expanded from a standard 2x1

looks cool, I found a lot of base designs, but most of them doesn't include objects like mixing table, electricity, and space for beds, so I build it in creative servers, tryana find a place for listed stuff, but there's not enough of space for all of them. But u have them all in ur base design, and still the base is even low-cost. I gonna try it in new wipe, thanks :)

A base this size won't get "pummeled" unless you annoy some clan. The bunkers won't fall if that's what you're asking but you need to rebuild the certain parts from the correct angles, as shown in the tutorial.

Love the base, one of the only things i don’t like is the floor that you jump up on to reach the bunker. To decrease sus on that spot you shouls try find another solution or at least have boxes on it

Don't put the jump up and use a ladder instead when you are online. When you go offline just remove the ladder and close the bunker.

Input: built this base to its entirety twice. Loveee living out of the base but have been raided twice out of it both offline. Weakness the blew strait to core opening both bunkers from the side of the base. Maybe extra honey comb if possible would make it even better

I ran into this too on build server; took forever to figure out. I discovered that the placement of the bottom triangle can attach at two places; it must have the stones in the bottom left (attached to the outside left wall at 10% stable); I had attached it to the right inside wall (at 92% stable) and it would no longer open. I now check stability every time before upgrading. Don't see this problem with the top bunker though.

The Carver has 2 secret loot rooms. The "new" method you're using has a tendency to seal permanently. Best of luck.

Such a great base but I totally messed up on externals, I placed one on the wrong side and gotta wait a day for the externals and gatehouses to decay to finish the base, make sure you build out from the ENTRANCE side ramp not bunker side. If you swap them the wide gaps don’t fit.

I didn’t follow it perfectly tbh since it was a live server and it was chaotic because people kept coming over while I was trying to build and I messed up slightly, but nothing that I wasn’t able to fix. I was just voicing my mistake on the build so future builders know not to mess up like I did. Builds great though, was able to pull it off on console solo in only a couple days after I built a starter in a different area and got the BPs I need. Thanks for the great work and builds you do! Even though I play solo watching all your large base builds and medium groups is also super helpful for learning building tricks and tips. Since I found your channel you’ve been my go to for dope base designs that are super unique yet strong and easy to follow

Also one more thing I noticed while building the base (idk if it was just a personal experience or something with console but I found that the only way I could place the garage door frame on the starter bunker without breaking it (where the bunker opens on the jump up) I had to build that on the ground in thespot where the middle triangle was placed before I built the rest of the bunker mechanic (building out with triangles and squares and back) if I tried to place it from any angle after I finished the bunker it would break it, if it works for others then it was just something I did slightly wrong but just putting that out there! Awesome build once again though, this and the spinneret are going to be my go to base builds since I play solo mostly, though I’ve been thinking about trying to pull off a larger trio or medium group base solo since once I get built up I tend not to get messed with, especially since I’m solo

CROW PLZ READ :) I love your videos and I would love for you to give give me some pointers for my first soon to come 2x1 base 4 walls to main tc with 21 large boxes on just the first 2floors and a shell with really nice peeks. 4 quick traversals with 4-6 bedrooms and 2 battery storage places just alone on third floor shell peeks. maybe it could give you inspiration. And take it further than what I have so far… this would be a 4-6 if you don’t like the build cost you can make alterations to make it cheaper. lmk if you’d like to talk about this sometime and I could give u some ideas I have about this and maybe you could give me some pointers as I’m new to building and going to be new to rust content creation. I’ve done some research and I cannot find a shell/footprint like this one lmk if you’d want to talk if not no worries. Luv u
