Tattoo Clients are Money. If the tattoo artist isn't there and several attempts have been made to reach out to them, then it's fair game outside a shop. However that client was there for cobra alone, she wasn't searching for other artists, why not just reschedule for them instead of taking their client, which is essentially taking their money especially if they claim to be a family and are "Loyal" to one another.... That client wouldn't be there if it wasn't for Cobra, so why not reschedule for Cobra. Since she is essentially Cobra's money. Now if the client INITIALLY said "Listen if she isn't here someone else can do it for her". Then yeah go for it. The client opened the door for that. Patients usually schedule the wisdom teeth appointments in advance. Cobra should have taken the day off and shouldn’t have scheduled with any clients so she can recover. During even emergencies you call your job and let them know. Your JOB nor the CLIENT needs to be CALLING YOU , asking where YOU at? Or why YOUR not THERE! Also waiting for over a hour for a tattoo that was a scheduled appointment, and the artist is a no show! The client would be a top priority regardless of who she was booked for. If your pressed about your client going to someone else, you should've communicated effectively. And most likely she would've rescheduled! But you didn't call and you was late , you lost out! FAIR GAME!, No matter what your a reflection of the shop and how they treat their clients. Most likely client was pissed and they offer her to someone else.
