The deleted scenes don't feel necessary and are a bit chaotic in places. But they make the atmosphere of the film thicker. I think the plot of the film is enough for a full-fledged crime series.

Even the scenes when the Night Slasher kills the janitor in the hospital. When the Night Slasher steps off the elevator and the nurse spots him. Also when Gonzalez calls Cobra and two goons try to kill Cobra not a deleted scene.
