Another fun fact, everyone has confirmed that at least 90% of that brawl was all filmed in one day. If im remembering correctly, there was an entire week scheduled specifically for these fights. Like the semi finals were the first day and everythign else was gonna be filmed over the next 4 days. But then when they started the brawl, everyone was so locked in and in sync wirh each other that the stunt coordinators just said, "weve filmed everything we want for today but, lets keep up this energy and keep going." So everything on the floor wss in one day, then the next day wss kenny and devon upstairs, and i think the rest of the days were solo dights wirh terry, johnny and kreese Also they filmed all of the parts together so im pretty certain that part 3 was being edited while we watched THESE episodes premiere

I think with Kwon dying at Axles hand, it was to set up Axle as the formidable opponent for the last part of season 6. To show the audience how dangerous he is. The guilt of Kwons death and having a thing for Sam, that makes him even more unhinged and dangerous.

I am still shocked the tournament took place in the middle portion of the season. Makes me wonder how this is all going to end. Also 18:55 - "The Doctor Will See You Now" - A wild Britt Baker DMD appears! Sorry, I watch wrestling and she wrestles for AEW, as well as being a fully-fledged dentist. I somehow didn't know she was in this, but then Martin Kove (Kreese) appeared on an episode of AEW Dynamite (AEW being the company she wrestles for) once. Guessing that was when she was also filmning for this. I think Stingray's actor popped up on AEW as well.

I'd love to have a moment where Daniel is mentally fighting to accept Miyagi as a whole human, beautiful and flawed. We keep flashing back to the nightmare, interspersed with moments of love and wisdom Miyagi shared with Daniel. We reach the moment in the nightmare where Miyagi poses to give the killing strike to Daniel on the mat. Then Daniel in the real world smiles. Cut back to the nightmare replaying in Daniel's mind. Only instead of striking... Miyagi reaches down, smiles, and honks Daniel's nose.

Kwon is so similar to chozen in kk3, he was a victim to wrong teachings and was the one to pay the ultimate price. i always find it crazy when people say that kwon is evil, he was obviously not a "good" person but he was not evil, just broken. i was really hoping that chozen would take kwon under his wing and teach him how he was brainwashed by kreese and show him the other way, kind of like how daniel changed chozen in kk3

EDIT: Fan-favorite Hawk suddenly deciding to go to a local school is NOT a coincidence. Every top "kid" will be in the area. I definitely see a spinoff coming. I'm just wondering if it's going to stay in the same timeline or skip past college.

It had it's moments, but this episode really jumped the shark for me. An all out brawl at a martial arts tournaments including both students and masters? It would never happen, and I couldn't quite suspend my disbelief enough to just enjoy it. If it was a Gracie Jiu Jitsu tournament, I might be able to buy it, but Karate? I don't think so.

Even Terry was surprised when Kreese saw how much the idea of cheap-shotting Sam to win the tournament (and bet) was hurting Tory. He essentially valued her feelings more than Cobra Kai itself in that moment. Not to mention she's the most loyal student he's ever had, and he definitely knows it.
