Hit the ball outta the park w/Cobra Kai. Especially coming off the heels of the recent Star Wars catastrophe! What also was key to its success was how un-PC it was! Not only that but how honored and revered and badass the legacy characters were treated AND how great the new young kids were!!

I think William was phenomenal in the series and is equal the star as Ralph. It would be nice to see him get interviewed as a lead and not a secondary role.

He's done plenty of interviews as the lead for this series, because he is. He and Ralph are the co-leads of the series, which I think is really cool not only because Zabka is awesome and deserving of it, but also because he wasn't a big part of the original trilogy canon, just the first movie. And the stars of the original film were Macchio and Morita, period. Zabka was the next-billed star, but was in truth the head of the supporting cast along with Shue, Kove, and the rest. But as aforementioned, he is absolutely deserving of the co-lead billing he DOES HAVE in this series. While his film career was never anything remotely close to Macchio's, he is nonetheless accomplished and was even nominated for an Oscar in 2004.

Zurround100 well it really didn’t need to be a big budget show since it’s not sci-fi. I love what the actors had said that they were the gatekeepers to their characters and wanted the story of them to continue but to also pass down Excalibur to the next generation. And that’s what KZbin Red did better then Lucasfilm, and that’s respecting the legacy of classic beloved characters.

Aside from this awesome script, Ralph Macchio And William Zabka just fit perfectly with this script. They are like born for the role. I'm not sure I'm watching a TV show or documentary about real events.

I loved this show it was so great! I can not wait for season 2. Ralph Macchio did a great job but William Zabka was over the top amazing, he really made the show one of my favorites. He is such a great actor. I hope he gets other roles in different movies. William seems like the coolest guy in real life.

I heard about Cobra Kai but really didn't bother to search out and view the show. Well, one day I was browsing thru Netflix and I saw it on playlist so I decided to see one episode to see what it was about. Man, I was hooked after that. Binged watch both season 1 and 2 in like 2 days. They really did this show right. This is how you revive an old franchise. Can't wait for season 3.

I've noticed Macchio always likes to take over the conversation, even though technically Zabka is the primary "star" of Cobra Kai. I'm irritated by it, and you can see Zabka is often irritated by it also.

That's false Pffff. The truth is Ralph always appears to save Zabka a life saver. Without question Ralph is more comfortable with public speaking that Billy. Plus, they are EQUAL partners in this story.
