Silver killed Tory's mom. Most probably by paying doctors in the hospital. People forget Terry Silver went to the hospital after Tory did ot show up in Sekai Taikai qualifying Miyagi do vs Cobra Kai. He met Jhonny but he told Jhonny he wasn't targeting the baby. Silver literally told Jhonny, next generation is his priority (market). So it implies older generation is dispensible. Silver told Kim that he has prepared "something", just need to decide when to use.

It's likely he paid someone to put a hit out on Tory's mom, and he will frame Kreese. This may cause Tory to lash out on Kreese.

@@RJChavarin Somebody did something writers included dialogue saying she was getting better and also the doctor saying they have no idea how the blood clot developed and slipped past them. There is no way they included that without purpose.

Leaks show that Kenny is working for Silver. That would be a twist if Kenny killed Tory's Mom. Wouldn't Silver pay someone to do it instead of doing it himself? And perhaps he helped Shawn get out earlier.

Interesting point. Yes Kim did say it but truthfully Devon is not as talented as Tory. Kim has always both hated and mistrusted Tory and she knows that Tory never really liked her. I think she looks to Devon because she misguidedly believes that she could better manipulate her than Tory.

Exactly. Devon is Johnny's champion. Also, for what it's worth that leaves Demetri, Kenny and Robby without victories. I think that means Demetri and Kenny - especially Kenny - are due. It would be tiring to see a show about a next generation instead be about nepotism (Sam wins!) rather than passing a torch.

Mr. Miyagi killed someone (had no choice) during Sekai Taikai. Chozen told Daniel, Miyagi ancestor came up with killing technique, to be used when there is no other choice. So, my theory, Mr. Miyagi had to used it because he was heavily injured and probably his own life was on the line.

I think it was Kim daiyu who killed toris mum she really disliked tori and revenge for bringing down cobra kai and frames silver by using the silver bullet toris mum was fine then all of a sudden a unseen clot kills her silver bullet can do that
