Part 2 stepped it up. I really have to up my suspension of disbelief but I enjoyed it and wanted more at the end

I can only hope Cobra Kai can kill the pain from the outcome of Jake Paul/Mike Tyson fight. 😭 This saga can only end with every school losing badly in the opening rounds of the tourney to vastly superior schools…to where they realize none of them are no better than the other and should start to mend fences. 😂

Binge watched it today... Fully concur with James.. this show is so silly and unbelievable at times, but still fun to watch. That new female fighter is hot and a good fighter. Makes Sam LaRusso look like a total amateur. That last fight is so over the top .. they cant possibly go bigger than that. I think its going to be character driven for last five episodes. That or spend their time in a courtroom given what happened

So the morning after binging the latest epp's with the misses. Overall, it was ok , Zara made my ice melt in a second in my whisky. Some of the teen squabbling i was saying just get on with and concentrate of the competition ffs. I thought i was watching Rocky II with the hospital scene and the training montage . And we even had a young Ivan Drago 😂 But aside from the niggles we did enjoy it and are looking forward to Feb for the conclusion .

I appreciate you addressed the "believability" of girls fighting guys. Many people are still afraid to talk about this for some reason, but that doesn't change the truth. Like you said, in real life competitions, girls are fighting girls and guys are fighting guys, and there is a very good reason for it. I suppose the creators just decided to go with this wave of illusion that Hollywood created like ten years ago.

one of the actors, Daniel Kim who plays Yoon said in a interview that the team events shown in the Sakai taikai do happen in karate tournaments in real life, so can’t criticise the season for not having realistic or believable fights if an actual martial artist who was an actor in cobra Kai said team events like what was shown actually happen in real life.

I have a hard time to see how they can finish everything in 5 episodes I would like a season more. The only jokes that felt misplaced in the show was the fart jokes. It felt like they asked a comedian to write some funny stuff to say and stand up comedian loves fart jokes but in this show it is too low. I hope they also have place for homeless lynn in the final episodes.

Despite the flaws I am looking forward to this part. I can't wait to binge it. Also rooting for Mike Tyson and Stipe Miocic. I hate that Jon Jones is ducking Tom Aspinal. Keep up the great work James. Also play the Blasphemous II DLC Mea Culpa, the new story is great as are the new boss fights.

Maybe this new movie will be like Peter Cushing's Doctor Who and The Daleks. Have a soft spot for it as it was the first Doctor Who I saw at a movie theatre. It has nothing to do with the BBC TV show (other than similar sounding names)but it has charm.

Well the Tyson fight is a circus show. Cobra Kai has just fallen off. The new characters are lame. The only real fighting going on is Saturday with the UFC.
