Nice job. Just got the Cobra and didn't realize this is possible. Off to redo my script for the 4th to utilize this feature. Thanks!

This has been very informative. Thank you. I may use at part of what you covered here in my 4th of July display this year. It may be quite a bit more difficult if I don't end up buying the software and end up manually creating the file in Excel, however it should still work out. Could you perhaps do a video on script creation just using Excel?

Very helpful video again, I see this feature would be very useful on small shows. Does show creator produce a stock pick list? If so how would I enter multiple devices on one cue, i.e fans of candles or shells where I have 3 fused together to fire from one igniter.

+Ian Skilton One approach is you'd actually have the product separate in your "My Fireworks" and you would add three different events, one for each candle. Then simply have the same module and queue number for all three events. When you export the script, show creator will prompt that you have three effects firing from the same queue. You'd just need to tell it to keep it that way since this was your intent.

Question....How can I test talons with a multimeter for continuity? I was told you can attach the talons ahead of time to the cakes, but need to check each on you attach to assure it's not a bad talon. Any videos you can direct me too? Thanks!!!

Hey Keepit Fair! Are you not using COBRA to fire the show? You'll get continuity reports on the 18M and 18R(2). No need to do any manual testing.

Fireworks Show Yes I have the cobra system. From looking into things the cobra is so reliable and will give you the answer if continuity is good or bad. I learned recently when you are building your boards in advance, you can test your talons in advance to help from surprises in the field. Using a multimeter will let you know if you are installing a bad talon or not. Over kill maybe, but if you have the time and knowledge why not. I know now what to do, so if I can be of any help to listens and followers I'd be glad to do so. Still waiting for more of your videos, enjoy them every time!

One last thing, what if I wanted to start out the script with that song, but wanted the rest of the script to be step only...possible? I ask because it does ask in the beginning with or with out music?
@FireworksShows7 жыл бұрын
Yup, it is certainly possible to do. You can actually load multiple scripts into the R2. One could be a pyro-musical the other a step script. After the pyro-musical completed you could then switch to the other script and shoot in manual. It's not quite the process we went through here, but maybe I'll do a video on it down the road.

Yes please do, starting with a song is always a cheerful way to enjoy. But not being a professional, I wouldn't attempt a whole show with all fireworks to music. I really am glad I found your videos, I want to learn everything I can about this system. You're making this possible with excellent detailed information in your videos. You can put me on your list always for notifications when a new video comes out. Thank you in advance!
