Terminator Cobra: headers, CAI, upper & lower pulleys, stage 2 ported blower, tune.
ZL1: headers & CAI, no tune.

Put a tune in it ! I finally did mine after about 6 months running around with intake and headers and cel on. Got it tuned and she rips now son!

Cobra probably pushing 550RW.A Comp Stage II kit will take you to about 140 in third (one shift).Only ran mine past 150 a couple times,usually raced to 130.Many times ,while they were shifting I was pulling.This is why the Vettes were so tough to stay ahead of,trans and differential gearing were well engineered in those cars.

Ive owned both cars ant the Zl1 hands down takes the cake, much more reliable and can make tons more power with mods. Not to mention the handling is day and night. Terminators are a beast still

This speaks volumes for the cobra. Smaller engine and less efficient blower. That’s a much better value. Not to mention the terminator would still come out cheaper and much farther out in front with a blower swap.

Killa Kale probably the price difference between the two is what he is talking about and I don’t buy the “no tune” thing on the zl1. Most people that buy headers and cai for the car have the car tuned to actually get gains from those. Plus most of the time with an upgraded cai you need a tune for the car to run right on certain cars.
