I think you shouldn’t have told us that you watched the season early because the energy isn’t the same. Since Julie unlike Daniel had prior training it could be she being more advanced in her training may have been taught techniques by Miyagi even Chozen is not (yet) privy to. She may be the source of what they need to win! Oh, I think the speculation that Miyagi (as an adult) was defeated may be unfounded. There is such a thing as a draw! But that tie may be why Miyagi had some special techniques developed that either that chest or by it Julie will reveal to our heroes!

This should also be done with the Rocky series but you know what would be AWESOME? If a book could be written full of fictional magazine and newspaper articles fully describing major events in the Karate Kid universe but written in the style of newspaper and magazine articles to help create the illusion of this being a fictional universe and to give the readers the chance to experience the events from a different angle. I sometimes see newspaper articles on the screen and I remember the magazine article of Mike Barnes from KK3 and the newspaper article of Daniel winning the All Valley but I could never focus my eyes on the tiny print on the movie or tv or computer screen plus it was only shown for like a second or something. To help create the illusion of it being a magazine or newspaper article the edges or other articles for events happening in that era (but real life) and ads for products could be outside the frame of the main articles. How cool would that be? Imagine a "newspaper article" describing the fatal beating of Apollo Creed in Rocky 4 or describing the highschool mass fight for the end of Cobra Kai season 2 etc.

It is not lost on me that Sting Ray was not in the trailer. He is my favorite character in this. Maybe I am biased because I am a middle aged man who suffers from Asperger's Syndrome and he is the character that I most identify with. I like him so much that I want him to have his own spinoff series as a hero/protagonist. I said on other threads that as an ironic full 180 on the lowlife bum he was at first appearance he should be having several really beautiful women fiercely competing with each other for his affection and all insisting she is the one StingRay loves. I think that in the actual tournament, Hawk will lose to the main antagonist Kreese is training, Robbie will beat Kenny, and Kenny's older brother will pulverate Demetri and then beat Miguel by badly injuring him. Also, in part 2, Kreese will probably die, where he learnt how to fight with Terry Silver after the war. This is because of the amount of reflecting he did and the show directly or indirectly addressing the fact he is old, which they don't really do for Terry Silver. I think Hawk will die in part 2. I think it will become an inevitable action for him to take being caught alone by Kreese's students after the Sekai Tekai is over, whilst with Demetri, Sam and Tory are all trying to figure something out for Miguel back at home from an adult that betrayed them right after the Sekai Tekai, and find trouble they didn't want at that exact moment in time. Kenny and Anthony will like each other then hate again, despite their foreshadowed mutual interest we've seen.

There was this theory that the chosen one said maybe miguel and Robby will fight kwon on two different occasions like robby will fight him in the Sekai taikai and win and so kwon is gonna feel dishonored and so that’s when the biggest fight of the show comes it’s Miguel vs Kwon a match to the death similar to Chozen vs Daniel in kk2 and this match is bigger then a trophy robby won the tournament but Miguel is fighting for something bigger Daniel would tell miguel that this isn’t a tournament this is real life between the two of you Miguel would be the one to start it so he would be the won to finish it .

The mystery is there and there are many questions that still need to be answered. Like whom the other two Cobra Kai fighters that are still waiting in the shadows and yet to be revealed will be? Any thoughts or theories? Some people think it's going to be Kenny and his brother. I think it's going to be two people that nobody expects. Also, my brain keeps making me think that Cobra Kai's newest star fighter might somehow be related to Mr. Miyagi or something. Kreese also likes to play a very long game. So, I'm thinking he has plans too. Secretly I think he's seeing the error of his ways, and his mind is changing. We'll see, lots of questions still need to be answered. Seeing Barns back is also pretty awesome!

I feel that Robbie should win the world tournament. I consider him to be the all around best fighter for the "teen" characters due to having the most consistent RECORD. 2 consecutive All Valleys he won a very close 2nd place. To boot the first one was with unfair injuries caused by opponents cheating and Miguel cheating as well and in the 2nd won he lost the final match by the width of a silk thread. However, Miguel and Hawk each won a first place but the other All Valley did not place at all (one disqualified and the other lost too early in the tournament). Winning TWO 2nd place trophies shows CONSISTENCY and to me 2nd place awards together beat only one first place. I would have a higher regard for an Olympic athlete with 2 silver medals than one with only one gold. Plus from a story standpoint I feel that he was robbed. He was distracted by his conscience in one All Valley and the victim of cheating in the other. The top 3 teens in this are of course Miguel, Hawk and Robbie and 2 of them already got to experience the glory of winning a tournament so I feel it is Robbie's turn. Also, arguably the "main" "main character" is Johnny and he is Johnny's son. So the main character's son should be the best.
