Basicallt getting ur feet inside position either inside the legs or inside the arms. Over the grip or under the grips and square up. He swings u to ur left he has to let go of ur left leg so u scissor inside on his far bicep or near bicep and use frame to stop him changing levels.. awesome vid. Had to do slow motion to see what u were doing

Buenas tardes no se si el Maestro me va a contestar pero es que tengo un problema me dieron el Cinturón azul al principio muy bien pero ahora no se que me pasa siento que he perdido mucha movilidad y no se como recuperarlo peso 61kg y tengo 48años los de mi clase son todos de 75kg para delante aunque eso no es escusa.
