Welcome to the Champlain cottage at Coburg Village. It's a two bedroom, two bathroom cottage measuring 1,344 square feet. Coburg Village offers 22 spacious cottages nestled in one of three courts. Each cottage features a large one car garage with plenty of shelf space for storage.
The kitchen features a stove and range hood, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave and a dining area. There is ample cabinet space
There is a porch off the kitchen with lovely views and space for hanging plants. Here you can listen to the birds and enjoy the change of seasons.
The spacious living room is bright with a large bay window. There's even a cozy gas fireplace that lights with the flick of a switch.
Each cottage has a stackable washer and dryer as well as linen and coat closets.
There are two bedrooms . The master bedroom is L-shaped and there is lots of closet space. The master bath has a tub or walk -in shower depending on the cottage.
The second bedroom has an ample-sized closet and is perfect as a guest room, office, art studio or whatever you need.
The smaller second bathroom is perfect when family and friends come to visit.
All of our cottages have patios and offering a location for enjoying a cup of coffee or reading a good book. At Coburg, we maintain the shrubs and lawns, but there is plenty of space to plant flowers, hang a bird feeder or decorate to make it your own!

lovely if one isn't wheelchair bound. kitchen cabinets, microwave uo too high, stackable washer is also difficult to get clothes out of the bottom of the washer and dryer may be to high. . which you would respond to questions re pets and price. would save a lot of time than
