What is the secret ingredient of Coca-Cola HBC's success? Definitely: the employees! As part of Equal Pay Day 2021, Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company Switzerland and the digital agency dreifive are launching a new and "snackable" video series that portrays female employees who work in mostly male-dominated professions. The video series takes users behind the scenes at Coca-Cola HBC Switzerland.
The female employees talk about their everyday work and reflect on their experiences with gender roles. The authentic video series #WomenofCCHBC was produced for LinkedIn. The aim is to raise awareness of the issue through authentic story telling, generate reach among the target group through optimized and innovative ads, and put the female employees in the spotlight. As part of this video series, Coca-Cola HBC Switzerland and dreifive used the new and innovative LinkedIn Story Ads, which are currently only available in beta for a limited group of advertisers in the DACH region.
