My family had one for over 15 years. An older couple in our town were giving the puppies away. This dog pretty much possessed all the characteristics discussed in the video. He LOVED people and was convinced when the doorbell rang it was someone there to specifically to see him. One bad habit is he would constantly run off when given the chance

My spoodle is 14 y.o. I walk him 3 times a day around the block. It cost $60 every two or three months for a haircut and bath. He comes to all my family functions and he is with me 24/7. He doesn't like to be left alone. He gets compliments every time I take him for a walk. He doesn't like big dogs he doesn't know. I hope he lives to twenty y.o. He is such a good boy and loves his treats. After he eats meat he loves to run around and playfully growls. A chick magnet.

My mother is slightly allergic to dogs so she’s looking at getting a Cockapoo to make it manageable with her allergies. I’m hoping she does decide to do it :)

Cockapoo is a good choice for people with allergies, but she should try to spend some time with the dog first and see if the dog triggers the allergy, because there is no 100% hypoallergenic dog. All of them produce some dander and saliva.

The only ones that aren’t true in my dogs case is that she is not a very social dog, she’s not mean she doesn’t bite but she doesn’t like people or even dogs but she growls and barks. Also my Cockapoo is a very lazy couch potato😅😂

Is he doing it only on people who are walking by the house or on every stranger anywhere? It might be because your dog was not properly socialized and is not used to strangers. And yes, there is no problem with a cockapoo being a coach potatoe :D

Rocadog okay lol, I sometimes take my it on a walk, and it is hyper when it sees me, and when I rub it it growls or when I roll on the ground with it, it growls and bites my hand, not really hard tho.

Designer dog breed means, that it is an intentional (designed) cross between two purebred dogs, but the cross can be a hunter, herder or companion. It does not describe the purpose of the dog. Basically - designer dog breed = crossbreed
