Cockatiel talking crazy continuously

My cockatiel 'Shuk'.., (only 4 months old), going crazy and talking continuously :D
(And pardon my voice, it gets wheezy when i'm trying to talk to them fondly ;) )
The other cockatiel is a female,'cookie', she remains quiet mostly...
They haven't had their wings clipped yet, will do that soon, then they'll be free to move around the home.

They're just happy and chatty and communicating this to you. My bird does this (with a deal of wing raising and beak scraping) most mornings when she first sees me or hops out her cage. It's delightful!

@Maya Al Zeera I let my bird out . But it doesn't matter to him . He just screams his lungs out . Most of the time when I study with my teacher and if my teacher ask me questions he answers before me by screaming and that's truly annoying. And he will never stay with me he just flies and sit somewhere like on the of freez , oven, my head and even sometimes on top of a/c . And its really hard to get him down from there

My bird (also a cockatiel) does this sometimes when he's outside in the cage and thinks no ones around, once i show up he gets quiet, it's so adorable

+crazybuizel It's okay to have a somewhat small cage as long as you give them lots of outside time. Meaning they only sleep in it and maybe stay for a couple hours a day if you have to leave

It's been a month since I've bought my cockateil. Two of them actually.. but none of them are happy.. I try to hand feed them, they do eat with my hands, but when I put the food away and then insert just my hand, they start running and flapping and all... my cage is a bit small, but I wanted it that way for a month or so coz I wanted them to come to me or eat with my hands, but it's just not working 😪

Sorry they only teach German history in schools not any other about the symbol, just saying there was no homework on this to begin with. :/ you should blame the education system for drilling it into peoples heads not the people themselves, Just saying. Bigger Cage ! Talk to them, have wings clipped so they can have a little freedom. watch out for mirrors in the home and close toilets! feed pellets and some seed. every day ~ fresh water every day ~ spray millet and lots of Toys ! clean cages weekly !!!

You have to just talk to it and catcall to it, it's the easiest thing for these birds to learn. If your bird is a girl it probably won't talk much though.
