Really respect how Sabalenka overcame serious serving issues, mental weakness and won her first GS. More importantly, She is totally honestly about it. Unlike other players who claim mental health issues when unable to perform, Sabalenka is far more a true champion.

Sab nor Coco couldn’t help their draws, however I do agree with you about both players performances Coco stayed strong & didn’t get blown off the court & Sab stayed consistent & mentally focused even when Gauff made her push in the first set only fault I seen in the match was Coco’s 1st serve that might’ve helped her out a lot more possibly maybe a different outcome nevertheless still a great match

@@AC-ss5oy if she can make it to Wimbledon semis without an issue. She can handle FO clay. On a clay you just need a stamina to bring down your opponent. Coco the pusher will do good on that surface in future if Iga loses here form on clay. Saba can definitely challenge top players on clay.

Coco is a fiesty and efficient player, but if Sabalenka serves well (high first serve %), it's probably lights out, which is what happened today and didn't happen in the USO 23.

i made a comment about the quarter-finals that coco gauff played against kostyuk,where coco was serving for the set from 5 games down to come back to serve for the set and she had problems closing the set out ,and had to go to a tie break to win the set,and she got away with it and won the match in 3 sets.and i said that coco needs to know how to close out sets and matches,and she will not be able to get away with it playing krechova or sabalenka, and bygone coco was down 5-2 against sabalenka, came back to serve for the set and could not serve it out.until coco gauff learns how to close out matches with ease she's going to have a hard time winning matches,i hope she do'nt take too long in knowing how to do so. sabalenka is on fire in this australian 2024 grandslam.

Sabalenka needs to improve her ability to get to the net. Sometimes hits loose balls with good landing (not always good power). If Sabalenka plays smarter, she will have greater success because Sabalenka has the heaviest serves, forehands, and backhands in the WTA.
