Coco Palms Resort developer announces partnership with Kimpton

The developers of Kauai’s Coco Palms Resort announced a partnership with Kimpton Hotels and Restaurants. The property will be the first for the Kimpton brand in Hawaii. The owners of the Coco Palms resort said demolition work is almost done, but there are still some community concerns surrounding the new resort.

laughing at the idiots complaining when Coco Palms was a thriving hotel before with all the same people there, more Nimbys I lost a home on the water near the blow hole with Iniki which took this hotel out i heard the same complaints trying to rebuild...what idiots

Lmfao guy is a joke. Traffic will be a nightmare. There’s no way around it. People don’t come to Kauai and not get a car. Charging high rate will deter people from bringing their car ? That’s just an excuse to make more money.
