I am still learning how to use Cocoa Butter with Tempered Chocolate...
In this video, I am using Roxy and Rich Cocoa Butter, you can find a great selection of colours on my website here: emmassweets.ca...
Follow the directions on the bottle on how to heat the cocoa butter. You can use your fingers, a paint brush or airbrush to add designs to your mold.
Once the cocoa butter sets, pour your tempered chocolate into the mold, flip it over and remove excess chocolate.
Set in the fridge or freezer and pop them out!
I used salted caramel as a filling :) Then more tempered chocolate to seal it
This is a polycarbonate mold, you can find them on Amazon.
