You can 100% substitute for honey but make sure its natural honey if you have a cheap one it may or may not ruin the ice cream so buy some natural honey and have a good day.

It's an amazing recipe, I liked this cocoa chocolate ice cream, may I cover it with milk chocolate? Do we have to boil this mixture at low, medium or at high heat? It has to reach the 80 degrees C, I think. Congratulations !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Меня всегда удивляет, как вы кусаете. Мои зубы не переносят холод, я так не могу совсем. Хотелось бы сделать, но и форму такую покупать надо и мальтозный сироп. Проще купить. Ем мороженое пару раз в год не каждый год.
