We make these on a weekly basis - The ones you have made in this video are TERRIBLE. Let me explain simply why. The shell (covering) for the ice cream sticks is too thick - you can see the thick layer when you bite into the ice cream stick at the end of the video. You need to add much more cacao butter to make the covering more fluid and thus the outside layer will be much thinner and much more pleasant to the palate when biting into one. Thank you. Really strange choice are strawberries in many christmas cakes on these videos. It `s totally untypical for european and russian cuisine - we don`t have any strawberries (except those tasteless synthetic and poisonous in supermarkets imported from god knows where) during winter time, and use strawberries just in early summer cakes.
