@@axelbintang3513 sebetulnya temen temen gw yang pernah keluar negeri beberapa kali semuanya bilang, kebanyakkan franchise makanan yg masuk ke indonesia, udah disesuaikan rasanya sama taste orang Indonesia yg lebih suka makanan dengan bumbu yang berasa. Jadi bukan overproud, emang kenyataan begitu. Lagian kenapa sih komen harmless gini aja dikatain overproud. Kayaknya kalian yang kurang banyak main/ kurang gaul sama banyak orang.

hey there! Glad you enjoy the Indonesian McD. As for the ayam gulai (gulai chicken), you should've poured the gulai sauce all over the chicken, it will give you an even richer taste full of spices.

I'm indonesian but I've never go to bali ... but McD's the same whenever in Indonesia.. McDonald in Indonesia have a quite strong taste than other (same goes for KFC, burger king, AW) ... that's why we eat the chicken with rice... ( my friends who live abroad said they didn't sell rice at McDonald in other countries) and Indonesian don't really like cream that much (maybe there's people whose like cream..) but we like ice cream more than only whipped cream... maybe because the weather here's hot 🤣 so ice cream more convenient

*sighs* So one of the main reasons I do not eat fast food, a part from food intolerances that could make me sick for weeks, is that American fast food in general is no where near the quality of international. Like everything there looked amazing. I'd def. get the matcha frozen latte thing and it's likely they'd have a gluten free protein option too. In America you pretty much pay a leg and arm just to survive if you were born with a touchy gut that will kill you :P if you eat the wrong thing lol.

the ayam gulai mcd's menu was inspired from the topping at Sumatra Barat food that called "nasi padang" so they're different than Crispy Fried Chicken. I hope you guys will try that! cause we are think that was super delicious

it is soft vanilla ice cream on top of soda or latte. price wise since it cost less than 20k rupiah. here in indonesia, whipped cream is too expensive to be a topping for cheap dessert

I will share hack tips for meal on home while in Indonesia, just order some chiken on McDonald's just chicken, then go to rumah makan padang nearest, order to take away nasi padang (vegetables + green chili + perkedel + ask add rendang sauce and gulai sauce a lot for sure) then voila the best food you will try

Somehow, Indonesian translate "expect" is not supposed to translated as "mengharapkan", but "mengira" (from base word "kira"). "Harap" is more to "wish", but "mengira (kira)" is to expect what will happen or was happened. I hope the translator note this word.

Unfortunately not all region of indonesia have those variants. I dont see some of those menu here in my city (Tangerang, Jawa Barat). I think those menus and variants are only for specific outlet or place.
