I love your vdo. What brand of Fondant do you use? I always have issues with fondant, either crack, too soft or too moistened. I use 1/4 thickness fondant and cover the cake. It always break when I lift the fondant to cover the cake. When I make it thicker than 1/4 thickness, it is too heavy, but I can cover all the cake. However, I always end up having a ton of left over fondant.

I loved your tutorial but wondered if you could please share your recipe and also how long did you leave the cake in the fridge for when you coated it in the buttercream to harden up? And can you make this cake a few days before an event and keep it out? Or is the fondant ok to be stored in the fridge? Thank you! 🙏♥️

I always store my fondant cakes in the fridge. I leave the buttercream covered cake in the fridge for about 30 minutes or until its firm to the touch :)
