Coconut and Raspberry Cake . . . How to

Hello, today i made this lovely Coconut and Raspberry cake. This is a great cake to make and the coconut milk helps to keep it beautifully moist. I love making cakes in this rectangle shape as it is very easy to cut and looks so different and pretty. You can of course make it in round tins i'd recommend a 8" round tin.
