These chewy chocolate chip cookies are keto, gluten-free, dairy-free, and nut-free. They can last a week on your counter and can also be served an hour after baking. They are sweeter than the baking soda version of this recipe, but the texture is denser. To the best of my abilities, I've calculated the macros for this recipe below, but they will vary greatly according to the brand of chocolate chips you use, so I've also included the macros without the chocolate in case you want to add the chocolate macros yourself.
