Coconut Laddoo | Kobbari Laddoo in 10 mins| Nariyal Laddoo recipe | Diwali Sweets

Ingredients:
#Ghee - 1tbspn
Desiccated #coconut - 1 cup/235ml
#Milk - 1/2 cup
#Sugar - 1/2 cup
#Cardamom powder - 1/2 spn
Procedure:
1) Take Ghee-1tbspn into and medium hot pan and wait till it melts. Add desiccated coconut-1 cup/235ml and fry on low flame. It takes 5-8 mins. Do not burn. Adjust the flame.
2) Add Milk-1/2 cup and fry till milk absorbed. Add Sugar-1/2 cup and mix till sugar is melted. It takes 5 mins.
3) Add Cardamom powder-1/2 spn and mix well. Transfer to a bowl. Take prepared mixture and desiccated coconut. Prepare laddu. Be careful as mixture is warm. Gently roll in desiccated coconut till it coats well. Coconut laddu is ready. Do the same for the remaining mixture.
